Whether he’s napping through deadlines, silently judging font choices, or overseeing operations from his sunlit perch, Kâmil does exactly what he wants, when he wants and how he wants. And somehow, everything runs smoother when he does.

Murat has been with Localex since its foundation, contributing to its growth through a wide range of roles. With a degree in Translation and Interpreting Studies from Trakya University and previous experience as a language specialist, he brings together linguistic expertise and strategic oversight.

Now serving as Lead Linguist and Managing Director, Murat plays a central role in shaping the company’s direction while ensuring quality at every level. From overseeing operations and financial planning to supporting translation processes, he keeps Localex grounded, forward-looking, and fluent — in both language and leadership.

Fatma’s journey with Localex began as a freelance translator and editor — later stepping into the role of Sales and Business Development Manager, where she helped grow meaningful partnerships and expand our client network. Today, she brings that same strategic mindset to her dual role as Lead Linguist and Project Manager.

With a degree in Translation and Interpretation Studies from Trakya University and deep experience in German–Turkish translation, she specialises in marketing, e-learning, and technical content. From managing deadlines to fine-tuning every phrase, Fatma keeps projects running smoothly and messages crystal clear.

As Lead Linguist and LQA Manager at Localex, Hakan plays a key role in maintaining top-tier language quality across all projects. With a degree in Translation and Interpretation Studies at Trakya University and a strong command of English–Turkish localisation, his expertise spans IT, marketing, software, and engineering.

Throughout his career, Hakan has contributed to the localisation efforts of major software companies, both in-house and as a freelancer. At Localex, he ensures that every project meets international quality standards — developing style guides, overseeing review processes, and guiding linguist performance through feedback and training.

From planning production schedules to fine-tuning workflows and technologies, Hakan ensures quality is never compromised, and every word is where it should be.

Tuğba works at Localex as Lead Linguist and Project Manager after years of experience across academia and professional translation. A graduate of Hacettepe University’s English Translation and Interpretation programme, she later pursued postgraduate studies at Hacettepe and Yıldız Technical University, deepening her expertise in both theory and practice.

She previously worked as a Research Assistant and later as a sworn translator for a wide range of clients. Her specialisations include legal, marketing, IT, tourism, and digital content.

At Localex, Tuğba oversees projects from start to finish — combining her keen linguistic insight with strong coordination skills to ensure high-quality, culturally attuned outcomes every time.

As Lead Linguist and Project Manager at Localex, Alihan blends a love of language with sharp project coordination skills. A graduate of Boğaziçi University in Turkish Language and Literature, he began his career as a freelance translator, working with agencies and direct clients throughout his university years.

Alihan specialises in translating academic texts — particularly in architecture, music, and the social sciences — as well as marketing, legal and tourism-related content. As a musician and producer, he also brings a unique perspective to Localex’s voice-over and audio production projects.

At Localex, he manages end-to-end translation workflows, coordinates teams, liaises with clients, and ensures every project hits its mark — on time and with quality that speaks volumes.
